Ballymurphy Celtic 2 - 4 Burrin Celtic
A very good game of football this morning between two well matched teams. Ballymurphy started the better and took the lead on 15 mins when TJ Caulfield slotted home. Burrin plied on the pressure after that and got their equaliser 5 mins before the break. HT 1-1
Burrin upped the gears in the second half and scored two goals in quick succession on 50 and 56 before Jack Kelly reduced the arrears with 10 mins to go with Bally now seeking the equaliser. However, with numbers pouring forward Burrin added a fourth with three mins to go to claim a deserved 3 points.
It was an all round good team performance from Burrin while Aaron McHugh, Mark Dundon and TJ Caulfield stood out for the Bally boys.
