Hanover Harps met a very good St Anne's team this morning in The Plots. It was a good even match with the first score for Hanover coming from a perfect penalty from Timmy Adeleye to put Hanover in the lead. St Anne's strong forwards pushed through after that and with a lovely free kick from Roan Brennan brought the match to a draw. However, exactly 1 minute later Brian Louw scored a beautiful goal putting Hanover in the lead 2-1.

St Anne's were very strong throughout the game, constantly attacking but after a perfect corner from Charlie McHugh, Timmy found the back of the net for Hanover to go 3-1 up at half time. Both teams came out strong in the second half with plenty of scoring chances but it was Hanover who just pushed through with a great goal from Alex Broderick to end the game 4-1.
