Parkville hosted St Pats in a tightly contested game on Saturday morning. It was Parkville who started the better of the sides and halfway through the first half found their goal through great play from Viktor Politowski to set up Adrian Plonka who has been phenomenal in front of goal this season for Parkville. 1-0 at half time. 2nd half St Pats started to pile on the pressure but couldn't find a breakthrough. Parkville had numerous chances to extend the lead but couldn't add to the 1 goal already scored. It was all St Pats on the day but a top class defensive performance by Parkville and some great goalkeeping by Luke Monaghan on the day kept St Pats out. After a tight game it finished 1-0 to Parkville and a big 3 points to end their league campaign. Overall great team performance from Parkville and for St pats were Ryan Doody, Ryan Nolan & Darragh McEvoy.

Bally tried hard for the equaliser and pushed up and just got caught with a deflected goal toward the end.

A very well set up Pats side took a proud win much to there delighted mentors, but a really good, fair game, was had and well done to all the players on both sides, man of the match Cillian doyle was unbelievable in defence as was Joshua salway, who gave a great display of man marking, with joe walsh with a die hard performance in the centre of defence.

St pats were very Impressive and had a real team performence, with outstanding player Jammal and callan on the wing.

Another great div 1 game to watch for the many parents that made the trip.
